Innovative Hustle, LLC , is owned by Pascale and Hervely, schoolmates & besties for over 17 years.

After they both obtained their master’s degree, Pascale Pierre-Paul- M.S. in Human Resources Management and Hervely Pierre- M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs,  they knew that joining their strengths and starting a business could help others tremendously. The company was opened October of 2019.

Their experience is extensive with backgrounds in education, finance, human resources, business development and much more. Combined, they have 20+ years experience.

Business partner relationships are important connections and resources. They have 10+ yr relationships with an external team of professionals. From financial advisors, loan officers, realtors, counselors, contractors, accountants/CPA, and publicists, help them cater to the client’s needs. These are people who have helped exceed clients’ expectations. Great things are rarely achieved just by one person, success is having great partnerships that you can trust, and they do just that!

They assist business owners in developing a plan that is tailored to their individual needs. Its purpose is to structure the business and assist in the efficient and effective operation of daily business activities from the start to the finish.
